Kerdos Home in Kalyves: Beachfront apartment 50 meters from Hermans Beach
Location
Kerdos Home sits 50 meters from Hermans Beach, one of the closest accommodations in Kalyves to the shoreline. The property puts guests within a short walk to multiple restaurants and supermarkets, making daily errands convenient. Nearby attractions include the Ancient City of Aptera at 9 km and the Archaeological Museum of Rethymno at 43 km, with Chania International Airport 28 km away.
Amenities
The apartment has one two-bedroom unit with a living room, a sofa bed, and a dining table for four. It provides a washing machine for longer stays and an allergy-free room option for sensitive guests. Soundproof rooms and private entrance help reduce street noise from the busy road outside.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, and the property supplies bottled water, tea, coffee, and condiments at check-in. Air conditioning throughout the apartment allows guests to set cooling in each room individually, as temperatures vary between rooms. Toiletries and an iron are provided, along with a small balcony for drying clothes.
Important Notes for Guests
The entrance opens directly onto a busy road, which can be uncomfortable for small children entering or exiting the apartment. Street noise from mopeds and cars is noticeable in the loft bed area. The stairs in the apartment may not be suitable for elderly guests or persons with mobility issues.
